Reverse lunge twist up to knee drive with 5kg med ball. 3 x 7 Bulgarian split squats with 9 kg dumbbells in each hand. 3 x 10 Calf raises on leg press machine. 2 x 10 weighted hamstring bridges with 10kg sand bag 3 x 6 squats @ 40kg Step ups with resistance band Hanging power cleans with 10kg
