Along the bisse to a good climb. Only managed 3 again. I didn’t have the session on my watch this time so was really just guessing times and using the same places as the start and finish points. I don’t think I’m a fan of this session felt like I was breaking more on each downhill, the first reps always seem to be the best/most relaxed down hill then it just feels pretty brutal and am terrified to destroy more red blood in my feet. Called it after 3 just wasn’t sure it was doing legs or confidence any good. Back along the bisse and stopped at the fountain. Had a wash, getting used to the cold temperature of the bisse now can stay in it for a fair few minutes now. Felt good to get out the heat.
