20’ Jog over the golf course to Cunswick again to do it on the same place as last time, took the recovery easier from the start just walking and jogging very slowly back down for 3 minutes and managed to feel reasonably fast on all of the efforts at least I never felt like I was running slower or straining harder to keep the same kind of pace, so that was good I think.
