Trail run (4 x 5’ Hill Reps ) 1:15:12 15.03 km (5:00 / km) +500m4:17 / km shoes: S/lab XA Amphib 2
Warm up through the woods then same reps as last few times from the bottom of Green Side up to the top of the golf course. Got further up on all of them then I have been getting recently which I think is a good sign. Gave myself 5 mins to get back to the start point and usually had about 20 seconds standing before the start of the next one. Think I was moving pretty well and the nice weather always helps. Warm down through the woods again.
