Warm up from Ben and Sarah’s place around Staveley and up past Ings where we did the session on the cycle path next to the A591. 12 mins avg 3’26” /km pace 10 mins avg 3’25” /km pace 8 mins avg 3’17” /km pace With 3 mins easy/static recovery. Felt relatively good. Wasn’t forcing it too much. Able to hold a relatively relaxed rhythm. Very nice to do a session with Ben again makes a massive difference doing a session with someone else.
Cool down round Staveley and had tea and crumpets in the warm sun in Ben and Sarah’s backyard. Very nice.

Back home nice and easy feeling pretty good. Think it helps to shake the legs out a little bit after a session.
