35k through town all along Paddy Lane from Benson Knott to the Helm and out towards Heversham then along to Levens and the Causeway and up Brigsteer road back home. Hilly but felt better then yesterday probably because it wasn’t as hard. Nice evening with a sunset probably should have sunglasses but eyes are fine now luckily.
