Foot feeling a tiny bit worse so turbo and podcast. Might try a little run later.

Trail run (Wu + 6 x 30” hills + Cd) 50:56 10.28 km (4:57 / km) +317m4:18 / km shoes: Salomon s-lab Speed
Had a nap and decided that some hill sprints were due. Warm up jog under the woods then 6 x 30 second hill sprints. I felt quite explosive and fast so I think the sprinting ability is still reasonably good. I’m not used to the normal pain of faster running intervals and so if the foot holds up I think I will ease into some more painful faster sessions. Lungs starting to blow up towards the end with legs shutting down so I don’t think that doing anymore would have been beneficial. Bit of a reality check in terms of where the fitness is at but I enjoy the getting fit part training a lot.
