Running (70 Minute Moderate) 1:13:22 [3] 9.4 mi (7:48 / mi) +265m 7:11 / mi

Got a running buddy to show me round Bangor and show me some of his running routes.
Pace was fairly hot but we where talking the whole way round. Bangor is very hilly, not much chance of long flat run, but the track looks good!
Strangely didn't feel yesterdays race in my legs. Did some stretching and went on the roller (very painful) after a shower.

Running race (Skiddaw Home Internationa) 34:00 [5] 3.3 mi (10:18 / mi) +725m 6:07 / mi

Finished 7th but was very happy with how he race went. I was a minute quicker over the same course and finished ahead of most of the England A team.

Running (Lancaster track session) 30:00 [4] 3.2 mi (9:22 / mi)
ahr:139 max:179

Did a mile warm up with drills and stride outs. The session was 4 x 400 with 90 seconds recovery which I did in 70, 68, 68, 65. I was very surprised with the last rep as it felt the slowest of all of them. After that I did 2 x 150 and did a mile cool down.

Felt comfortably fast and it was quite strange to be running so fast as I haven't been to track in a while now.

Did 30 minutes steady on the turbo and then went for a steady 30 minute run and did 6 stride outs with drills. Feeling good today, nice and loose.
