Long run around Bangor felt good but feeling tight in my left calf.

Found some nice trails around the track and did 25 minutes out and then 25 mins back and then did the technical exercises on the track. felt good today but left calf felt tight.

47 mins very easy with Callum, felt good, lots of talking. Got on a football pitch and did 8 sprints diagonally across the football pitch with jogging along the goal line in between was moving okay but couldn't get into my rhythm.

Did two big laps around two pitches to warm down. Did some stretching and got on the roller after a shower.

Found a less hilly route around Bangor and felt very relaxed, didn't push the pace at all. I found a nice little hill behind the campus and did 6 hill sprints on that.Very nice run out.
