shoes: Innovate trail talon 275

20 minutes easy and then the fartlek session, (10 x 1 min hard + 1 min roll on) and then another 20 minutes easy, felt good tonight despite muddy fields. Couldn't feel any tightness in my calf, early night and massage seemed to do the trick!
