Long run with Callum about 6 miles out of Bangor up a small hill and back. Quads feel like they will be stiff tomorrow morning.

Long run out with Callum got to the track after 55 mins and did the technical exercises then walked back home. Felt good today but quite sore in my thighs now.

40 minutes steady, tried to stay on grass as much as possible, felt good, felt very easy. Got some more goo out my lungs.

Did 30 mins steady around the big fields and then 8 diagonals on the football pitch, was nice to get out and did manage to clear my lungs out a fair bit.

Feeling a lot better today. Headaches completely gone still got a chesty cough and runny nose.
