Went out along the cycle path again, very flat, with very gradual incline so downhill coming back which we didn't notice yesterday. Felt maybe a bit quick today but we were still talking the whole way round. Feel tired now.

Very steady run out along a nice little cycle track we found. Came back onto a football pitch after 59 minutes easy running and did 8 diagonals. Felt really good today, just tight hamstrings.

Did some stretches, easy jogging and strides, then met Callum. Set off nice and steady and tried to build up slowly, was going almost flat out towards the end. Did 10 mins jogging on the grass afterwards. No problems today, might have sore hamstrings tomorrow.

Was good run out today with Callum did an out and back run on the trails which where quite muddy, got back to the track after 50 minutes and did the stride outs and drills. Felt good today but hamstrings are pretty sore.

20' easy with some dynamic stretches and strides, then 6 x 30 second hill reps with 2 minutes recovery, had to push to get to the same place by the last 30 second hill rep but still felt good.
6 x 60 second hill reps with 3 minutes recovery between reps. It got really tough after 3 reps but still managed to get a little further each time. Legs felt like they couldn't move on the last one but I got the furthest on it which felt strange.
20 minutes easy helped to loosen off.
