Grass run (20' easy) 20:31 [2] 2.55 mi (8:03 / mi)

Did 20 minutes easy on grass fields, foot felt better than it has done in a while, feels like it has improved a lot. Also did Duncan's exercises.

Turbo (50'easy) 50:00 [2]

Did some stretching and all of duncans exercises then did 50 minutes on the turbo and did some exercises with the exercise ball.

shoes: Salomon speedcross

Foot felt fine walking down as soon as I got going it was hurting after about 5 minutes it seemed ease but never went away. I could feel it throbbing and even though it wasn't hurting badly I decided to start walking home early and shortly after that it started to hurt quite badly then it eased off completely and now I can't feel it at all. Quite frustrating really.

Did some stretching with 50' easy in the lowest gear, then did exercises with exercise ball. Rolled foot on ice bottle before and after.
