Grass run (30' easy) 30:12 [2] 4.13 mi (7:19 / mi) shoes: Salomon speedcross
Went for 30' easy round Queen Katherine field after work and felt pretty good. Foot wasn't nagging as much as usual and could barely feel it at some points so that's really good. Iced foot and did Duncan's exercises afterwards.
60' on turbo. Tried to keep the same pace going up a gear every 2 and a half minutes so was in the highest gear by 40 minutes. Then came back down and went easy for last 15 minutes. Did Duncan's exercises and stuff on the exercise ball and then did Duncan's exercises again.
