Grass session (15'easy+fartlek +15'easy ) 1:03:34 [4] 9.84 mi (6:28 / mi) +24m 6:25 / mi
shoes: Salomon speedcross

Did the whole session round the playing field. Perfect running conditions. 15' easy and got straight into the 5 x 1' @ 5km pace / 2' roll on + 5 x 2' @ 10km pace /2'roll on and then 15' easy. Felt like I was moving really well. Could feel foot slightly when warming up but went away completely.
Feel unusually sore in my lower left soleus. Not sure whether to carry on doing the exercises or let it rest, but only seems to be sore when runnning.

80 minutes on the spinning bike in the gym. Kept it over 100 rpm and did 50' in level 10, 10 minutes in level 11, then 15 minutes in level 10 and the last 5 minutes in level 9. Machine said 26 miles and 1200 calories.

20' easy + 20' moderate + 6 diagonals on the playing fields with cal. Averaged 7:27 minute mile for the 20' easy and 6:04 for the 20' moderate and felt fast and relaxed on the diagonals. Foot wasn't much bother at all today. Felt good to be moving at a fairly decent pace again.

60' on the bike in the gym. Keeping it over 100 rpm did 20 minutes in level 10, 10 minutes in level 11, 10 minutes in level 12, 10 minutes level 11, and took it really easy in the last 10 minutes. Machine said 20 miles and 1000 calories.

50' easy round playing fields with Cal. Nicest day for a while. Foot hurt a little for first few minutes, eased completely. Feeling good.

40' easy round the playing fields. Foot hurt a little for first 5 minutes but eased completely. Strideouts felt fast and relaxed, feeling good today.
