60' easy around Kendal green after 8-5 at work, feeling a little tired but feeling good.

Almost exactly the same route as yesterday, felt more tired, probably went to fast yesterday. Did walking drills and calf raises later in the afternoon.

Windy 60' moderate out over golf course, over Cunswick, did three laps of the hilly field then went out over scout scar, and same on the way back. Might have been a little fast as some of the miles were 6:20 pace but felt good.

60' easy along seafront as far as the paths went in both directions. Mostly on road with about 20' on trail. IT band tight, probably from sitting down all week and running on harder surfaces. Did some strideouts afterwards. Feeling good.
