Started in lower gears for first 20' going up every 5/10' and was around 110 bpm. Didn't go over 130 bpm until 50'. Started to work really hard towards the 60 minute mark and was in the highest gear and out the saddle. Then back down through the gears at a slower pace for the last 20'.

Feeling good considering 10-7 at work. Feet okay and quad pain gone. I think it was because I lunge on the same leg to put harnesses on people so must have done well over 70 lunges on the same leg in a day. Tried to switch legs today but its a well learned habit.

60' easy around Kendal Green after 10-7:30 at work, feeling okay. Lower back very tight, probably from the harness. Feet feeling better than yesterday. Little twinge in the left quad might be a little strain.

60' easy round Kendal Green, feeling surprisingly good after 9-5:30 at work. Got heavy towards the end but diagonals felt okay. Left fascia and IT band a tad sore probably being on my feet all day.

Did a big loop over scout scar then went up Cunswick and then did a bunch of laps of the hilly field and ran home. Feeling pretty excellent tonight, moving well. Left plantar fascia pretty tight now.
