80' turbo going up a gear every 5/10' in the highest gear and out the saddle coming up to minute 60 and then back down for the last 20'. Feeling good, feet good 1/10. Quad wasn't a problem but did some stretching afterwards and got cramp in right calf and now its still sore to contract. Nothing new, should go in a few days if similar to what I've had in the past.

80' easy round the school playing field, feeling good. Could feel quad towards the end but was fine when doing strideouts. Left plantar fascia fine this morning but hurt today after getting out the car after a long journey, but eased completely during the day and didn't feel at all during the run.

60' easy around school playing fields, feeling really good this morning, feet not a problem at all 1/10. But can still feel that quad niggle is there on diagonals.

80' moderate over Craig Roberts's Sunday run route over the golf course around and up Cunswick, along the scar and down to the bottom of Nicks hill, plodded up Nicks hill then back down the far side of scout scar with a loop of the field on the end of the scar which took me to 56'. Came back over the scar and golf course.
Felt relaxed and fast, quad felt fine, think an easier day yesterday did it some good. Left plantar fascia hurt a little more than usual this morning but has been good all day and no bother at all on the run. Would give it a 3/10.

60' easy around the school field. Feeling good but can still feel left quad niggle so didn't want to risk doing hill sprints. Feet feeling good.

Went down to the school playing fields with the grass track and did some drills and strideouts. I did the 30' easy at around 7 minute mile pace. Felt good doing the first few 200s, started to get a little harder on the last ones. Then 30' easy again which was quite a bit quicker then the first 30' but I felt it was the same intensity. Didn't feel feet at all but could feel the little strain in left quad on the 200s.

60' moderate over the hilly field and over to the top of Cunswick three times then back home over the golf course. A very damp wet run in the mist. Felt pretty good so was going quite fast, maybe too fast at times but legs didn't feel like they were working to hard.
