60' easy over golf course, around Cunswick, few laps of the hill field and back the same way. Cold, wet and rainy but feeling really good moving nice and easy. Did 5 strideouts which felt good.

60' easy out over the golf course around Cunswick and onto Scout Scar with a few loops of the hilly field. Did 5 strideouts on a path in the woods afterwards which felt really good. Feeling good today.

50' easy round Kendal Green. Grass is starting to get pretty soggy and muddy but feeling pretty good. No problems.

40' easy around Kendal Green, feeling good! Tibialis is just a dull ache every so often when running, I think its alright. Everything else feeling good.

Started in lower gears and moved up a gear every 5/10'. started working hard in the highest and out the saddle gear coming up to minute 60 and then back down the gears for the last 20'. Feeling pretty good, didn't feel any niggles, everything seems to be feeling okay.

30' easy around Kendal Green, calf felt fine to start off with and I thought that it would be fine to do 40' but just as it ticked over 31 minutes I felt a very small twinge and just stopped and walked home. Feet and quad feel okay, still lingering but not painful in any way.

Up a gear every 5' up to minute 60 and back down for last 20'. Went easier today as I'm feeling tired and testing tibialis out, seems fine which is great! Hopefully should be good for session tomorrow.
