90' moderate on the trails, similar to last week. Started easy and then kept it moving pretty quick but never felt like I was pushing it too hard. Feeling a little tired but everything feeling okay.

Went down to the big playing fields but some builders where doing some work and had fenced half of it off so I went on the smaller rubbish overgrown fields. I did 2 miles easy in about 15' and then started the 6 mile progression. About half the field was quite firm under foot and the other half was quite slippery/boggy but not too bad.

15' easy + 10 x 300 metre gradual uphill + 15' easy. Felt like it took a while to get going this morning, efforts felt okay up to about 6th or 7th rep then started to burn a little but moving well enough I think. 15' easy then walked home. Little tired but feeling good.

60' moderate around the playing fields. Wet and windy but surprisingly warm. Feeling more recovered then yesterday and moving well over increasingly soft ground.
