80' moderate out over the trails feeling quite heavy and tired and had quite an upset stomach. Had another bad night sleep.

Walked down to the bigger playing fields which were in pretty poor condition, very muddy so I was slipping a lot for the whole thing and found it very tough and just felt like I was missing a gear. Felt pretty rough on the last mile but was definitely progressive in terms of effort. 15' easy then walked back home. Felt like I recovered quite quick which was actually quite annoying considering how uncomfortable the session was but feeling much better having done it. Garmin is syncing with the laptop again so the amount of climb should be fairly accurate.
