Went with Cal along Anglesea coastal path and back. Feeling tired and I think soleus pretty sore. Spent all day sat down typing on laptop quite lathargic getting up to go run.

20’ easy with strides through Bangor to the bottom of the golf course hill. Really nice day for it which meant lots of golfers, should have gone earlier really as got shouted at even though I was staying on the paths but they are really weird about private land here which I’ll never understand, can’t really run anywhere nice that’s not in the mountains without being threatened haha. Felt like the 3rd effort was the hardest, and then worked hard on the last one and felt like I got the best out of myself, though I was a little apprehensive about starting the last one as I felt so tired but I think it was the best one. 20’ easy back through town up to the house feeling relatively good.

Laps of the field then popping over to the road hill sprint hill then more laps of the field. Nice and warm for once and a nice sunrise! Feeling really good on hill sprints. Still no charger so guessing distance and climb.

Laps of the field, very easy. Used timex stopwatch so guessing distance again. Top of glutes a little sore but loosened off. Moving pretty well on strides.

25’ easy jogging through Bangor to the golf course and then up to the top to try and see where I would be doing each exercise and then got into it. First 300m/90’’ quite steep road up to club house and then on fairly good trails and grass with a few undulations up to the top. Quite windy which meant very few golfers which was good! Always tough but nice to get up there again been a while. Think it went pretty well, worked really hard. Took it easy coming back down between efforts and the warm down through town up to the house. Watch died just before getting home at 17km. Charger should arrive tomorrow hopefully! Guessing climb.

Laps of the field, felt quite rough walking up from lectures, but felt good after a warm up and felt good running starting slow and getting a little faster towards the end with diagonals feeling pretty speedy too. Just used timex stop watch again so guesstimating distance.

Very leisurely chatty slow laps of the field with Cal. Using his distance and time recordings. Legs feeling pretty heavy and not quite up for doing strides. Watch charger was posted at 7am this morning so should be here soon hopefully.
