Meant to do 5 x 5 min efforts up and down the far side of Levens deer park with 3 mins easy recovery but I just couldn't get myself to do it. Just wasn't feeling it. Lacking drive and purpose and a bit run down by work and the prospect of so many days working in bad weather in a row.

Work 10-5:30 pretty good day. Sun came out for a bit as well!
Climbing session at Kendal Wall nailed a lead climb and got some good bouldering done.

shoes: Adidas XCS Black

Jogged down 2km through town to the football pitches and changed into spikes for 5 x 5 min efforts with 3’ easy recovery. Felt fairly strong but not particularly fast. Managed to avoid the rain during the session and the ground was in pretty good condition despite recent rain.

Quite pleased with that worked hard on the last 3. Did some sprints during the warm down before heading home which felt pretty quick.

9:30-5 at work relatively easy morning then busy afternoon. Was planning on a short easy run with strides in the evening before a grass session tomorrow but I did a 15 min nap test at 6pm when I got in from work and woke up at 7:35 so I’m probably a bit behind on sleep.

Work 9:30-5 . Fairly easy going day at work but still quite tired decided to drive home.
