Sunday Feb 14 #

6 PM

Turbo (90’ turbo ) 1:32:01 [2]

90 mins with Tim Dillon on Impulsive.
Cold seems to have gone foot still hurts to walk on.
Felt the best so far on the turbo at that hr/output.

Saturday Feb 13 #

Note

Really runny nose and sneezing. Mild headache and really tight wheezy chest. Injured and ill. Good think I’m in a decent places mentally most of the time.

Friday Feb 12 #

5 PM

Turbo (70’ turbo ) 1:12:28 [2]

Two episodes of Impulsive very educational and entertaining.

Thursday Feb 11 #

Note

Walk up Coniston Old Man with Connie and Joe walking out over the ice on frozen low tarn was scary but ice was so thick it was fine. Went in the caves which were really warm and tried to knock down massive iceIckes with rocks. Then went over to Dow Crag, Buck Pike and Brown Pike and back to Walna Scar car park. Amazing day. If it wasn’t for the temperature could have thought it was summer.

Wednesday Feb 10 #

6 PM

Turbo (65’ turbo ) 1:05:03 [2]

Podcast again a need 2 read with James Haskell
Went a little harder then yesterday. Not breathing too heavy but legs get heavy towards the end but feel fine as soon as I stop.

Tuesday Feb 9 #

6 PM

Turbo (60’ turbo ) 1:02:01 [2]

Think I managed to bruise my foot at some point on the 50’ moderate on Friday and just ran through it Sunday thinking it would be fine but hurts to stand on now so reverting back to cycling.
