Around the Butternere-Sailbeck route again with Tim, Sam and Kieran. 13 mins easy along the first track to the river crossing then into the 15’ tempo climb effort with Tim. Easy to the next big climb up to Causey Pike which was about 16:45 tempo effort and a bit harder towards the top. Easy again before an 8 minute effort on the last climb. Really good big run touching on all intensities.

Heel pain. May have irritated that bursa again. Other painful things feeling less painful in comparison to new heel pain.
