Cycling, and cross trainer. Legs felt very stiff today, did a lot of stretching as well to prep for running tomorrow.

Run around the streets with the club. My longest and hardest run in a few weeks, so struggled a bit. It is just what I need though, great to have some good runners to push me. Some fartlek included, I did one effort. Aim to build up to the full set.
