felt pretty good, the downhill killed me as usual, my legs get so tired from downhill running, but either way I was happy with it we went 14 miles and on the up I was in high l1 or low l2 and the way down was the same, oddly enough. I finished last but I didn't care I didn't want to be sore for tomorrow or push it, I got the 3hrs I needed while they finished a bit early. he he he.

felt good today. I just went for it, somehow it worked. I don't really take rollerski results as significant anymore, today I won, but will it be similar on snow is the real question. If all goes as usual these results will be reversed by the time the season comes around. however my legs are healthier now than previous seasons where these scenarios have happened. needless to say I am not going to get my hopes up. I am fitter however which is good, hopefully this next injection combined with the remainder of this intensity block will prove to be something that projects me further.

felt pretty good. legs a bit tight from running up the mountain yesterday. I was happy with how much better my double pole felt.

did games with the kids today. ran around a bit, moved quite a bit, I really want to do more training but I suppose I shouldn't. wanted to run more on the flats to work on leg speed and coordinating proper muscle firing. but I already ran yesterday and sunday is around 3 hours. perhaps friday I will run for an hour or so or saturday as recovery. either way I am excited for the treatement I am going to receive next week, so I am not afraid to sort of hammer the running a bit I am still averaging around 4-5 hours a week. so not terrible.

I felt pretty good, not too tired, but yet a little tired as well, I do not know why, it is a recovery week so I am not sure what the deal is. I slept well. I am surprised at how tired I get from training here even though I am doing much less on a weekly basis this time of year than I was last year. I will just trust in my training and hope that I end up at the 700 mark. the run was good, I actually ran most of the way up say about 80% of it and then ran the whole way down, so I would classify this as an actual run, not a run hike, even though it was all uphill for 55% of it. My mother tells me that I might not be able to get the treatment. I am going to quit skiing and go home if I can't get this treatment. I know i will not be able to do anything with my ski career if I let it get back to the way it was before. I have to finish this, I am so disappointed right now.

I skied today, felt good. My speed is finally picking up pretty nicely. legs felt ok, I am excited for the next treatment on them. the pain is starting to increase, so this next treatment is well timed, 1 more and I am good for the whole season, and 1 more after that and I am good for the rest of my life, or should be at least for the rest of my career.

I took today off. i haven't logged in a while and that is my fault. I am just not used to doing it and I am slacking in that department. I have finally began to overcome this cold by a lot. The only remnant is that I have some stuffed nose and some phlegm here and there.
