did the boulder mountain tour. was pretty nervous and could tell I was really hampered by my anxiety and stuff and couldnt push hard for at least 15 minutes. ended up feeling ok, no feeds made for a tough effort, and still not where I want to be but a step in the right direction. Got beat bad by leaders, but I viewed the race as more of a work out, and just tried my best to not let it signify anything in terms of how it represented my identity. hopefully I will continue to get better physically and return to form, and make up the ground I lost as well as reformatting my mind and seeing it for what it really is, fun.
