Easy run but couldn't avoid allowing myself an effort up bastard. Was rewarded with a strava course record.
Feel like I'm learning to run easy as I've always had a tendancy to go off to quick. If I can build easy miles without sessions I will start adding the speed work back in when I'm up at a higher mileage again. Maybe this is the way I will reach that elusive 60. It's also nice running to effort not looking at my pace
