Core and mobility work. New routine which involved lots of lunges, squats, press ups etc. Working in three directions, e.g. side lunges.

Very steady pace - effortless.

Note: I had a flu jab at lunchtime which was fine but experienced a small amount of tiredness later on and during this run.
