60 minutes Moderate Run along the canal towpath at Stone. Surface was a mixture of grass, mud and hard trail. I decided to gradually increase my speed to around my 10K pace. Think I was nearer to my 5K pace at one point!

Was definitely pushing it as was breathing hard but controlled.

Started off with a couple of minutes walking then a couple of minutes light jogging to warm up with followed by the session. It was around 1 hour in total.
