Decided to do 6 to 7 miles Nordic Walking in the fresh air and sunshine (get my daily dose of Vitamin D!).

Roads and lanes were very icy and slippery - I nearly went over on two occasions.

But still managed to put nearly 7 miles in my legs. No niggles or tiredness.
