Started with a 5 minute walk then 10 minutes Easy running followed by 4 x 60 second hill reps then 4 x 30 second hill reps with two minute recoveries. Then 10 mins Easy running followed by 5 mins cool down.
I realised when I got home that I should have done 6 not 4 so 12 in total not 8.
