Did this along the canal at Stone which is ideal for speedwork. Easy pace to begin with then the tempo efforts which I aimed for sub-9 minute, preferably 8-8:30 min/miling. Anything less would be a bonus. I managed to hit 7:30 and even 7:00 minute/miling at one point!
15 minutes easy running then a light cool down.
No tiredness or soreness in the legs which is good considering I had done a strongwoman session the day before.
