One-day navigation course at Capel Curig. Lots of walking on technical terrain especially in the afternoon. Tough ascents and descents (had to scramble up and down a few of these).

It gave me a good 8 hours on my feet.

Multi-terrain.

Wore a head and chest torch. Worked very well!

This is to ease the soreness from my legs after Wednesday's strength & conditioning session in the gym. Guess who went a bit mad and overdid it? Correct! Me.

Nice, easy run tonight.

Was going to do MMA Fit and Boxing but snowed under with client work all day. Didn't move away from the computer until 9.30pm!
