A few things for me to work on:

1. Descending - I'm not good at this due to confidence issues.

2. Improve technique - fast feet/cadence

3. Dealing with the terrain at night/hills

I enjoyed the run and would like to do it again.

Lots of core and mobility work - planks, press ups, lunges and stretching.

Weight training and mobility work (hip flexor and lower back stretches etc).

Several exercises using a resistance band/tennis ball to strengthen my hip flexors as I have a weakness in my right one.
