Headtorch run.

I ran 1 hour 15 as I wasn't quite sure if this was the correct length of time or 1 hour 10. However, I walked the first 3 minutes as a warm up and walked the last few minutes as a cool down.

6 miles in total.

Another pain-free run!!

Slight tightness in left hamstring which may be due to yesterday's technical terrain (lots of climbing and descents).

So, decided not to do the 1.15-hour steady run with 15 mins FFLR today so give it a bit of a rest.
