Walk up Snowdon via the Pyg Track.

Reached the summit this time.

Was out for 7 hours.

Distance = 13 miles. We had a 30 walk each walk to Pen y Pass for the start of the Pyg Track.

No knee issues or problems with my hamstring. Everything is in good working order.

Decided to do two regeneration runs. No tiredness or niggles. Felt strong on both of them.

Due to work and other external issues I had to swap a couple of sessions around. This and time constraints meant a choice between doing this session on the treadmill or not at all.

I ran 45 minutes on the treadmill at around 10 minute miling followed by 8 x 40 second sprints at 7.30 to 8 minute miling.

I am aware that this was easier than doing this session on the trails/off-road and not ideal because of this. But needs must.

Gary - if you want me to repeat this session on the trails or at my triathlon club let me know and I will do so.
