3.5 hours Specific Endurance Run
Another good run along trails, fields etc. Similar route to yesterday.
Legs were fine in terms of no tightness in my quads. I think yesterday's recovery worked! I did feel a bit of tiredness although that seemed to ease later on in the run.
I did a mix of running and walking (up the hills) More walking in the last couple of miles.
Again, no knee problems.
15 miles in total.
P.S. When I stopped my watch I still had a couple of miles to get home so walked this (used it as a cool down). This gives me 17 miles in total.
40 miles for the weekend.
