Very busy day due to Christmas! Lots of rushing around, e.g. collecting food order from Marks & Spencer etc.

I was on the go all day so decided to take it as a rest day.

Easy regeneration run which I combined with posting Christmas cards for our neighbours!

It was 45 minutes running with a 5 minute or so warm up/cool down walk either side.

No niggles, twinges or illness.

60 minutes steady run with members of my club. The last one before Christmas (at my club).

Nice, easy pacing on an undulating course.

Includes cool down and stretching so 1 hour in total.

Once a month they hold a 31/29 run. You run 31 minutes out and 29 minutes back, aiming to finish further each week.

I opted for an easy paced run with three others.

No niggles or illness. This run includes a cool down and stretches so 1 hour in total.
