Went for an easy run but had to cut it short due to quad pain. This is the worst it has been..

Ended up walking home..

Went for an Easy run in The Bishops Wood so stayed on trails to reduce the impact to my dodgy left quad. It was ok during the run but the decider will be later on this evening. If it hurts then there is still a problem and I'll have to go back to my physio. I'll stay off the roads for the meantime as if it is a stress fracture this will worsen it.
