Achilles is stuffed so didnt even start todays epic race. Had to drop out of Bushrangers team for NZ which is shit. Looks like i'm back on the bike till I leave for europe.

NOL Sprint at Macquarie Uni. Started off alright then screwed 6 to 7 with a type of mistake I've done before. Lost over a minute so race was over there.

Orienteering race 54:44 [3] 5.7 km (9:36 / km) +215m 8:05 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

Basically got to the event, got o gear on and was called straight up to the start. No time for warm up or anything. Hit 1 ok but screwed 2-5, easily lost a good chunk of 8 minutes through here. Settled down after 7 and got a bit of flow back, then Ezy came through and got a tow till 14. Not happy with this race at all, but I dont think most people had a good run.
