Treadmill warmup for weight workout.

4 x shoulder press 2 x 10 with 20 pounds. 1 x 5 with 25 pounds... couldn't do more. 5 x 20 but bad form so changed to 12s and did 5 more until I couldn't do more.

4 x weight rows. 1 x 10 with 25 pounds. 2 x 10 with 35 pounds and 1 x 45 pounds

3 x 10 squats with only the bar. Girl beside me was doing with 45s on each sides haha.
