Second run since Scotiabank marathon and felt good. I want a bit faster than Monday. Felt a little tight in my hamstring so slowed it down but overall felt pretty good.

Stayed inside and ran the treadmill to take easy. Next week I'm going to start running outside.

30 mins at 6.5 (9:13 / mile)
20 mins at 7 (8:34 per mile)
10 mins at 7.5 (8 min per mile)

All done on incline 1

5 min cool down

First run since the marathon last Sunday! Felt good. Did not have appropriate clothing to run outside so ran on the treadmill.
1 hour at 6.5 (9:13 min / mile) and 5 min cool down.
Hamstring and groin were a little tight but felt pretty good. The week off really has helped my body recover from all the running.
