No idea what this machine is.. kind of like your skating lol. Was at the gym with my wife and we wanted to machines side by side.. only two were these weird ones!

First time on the stair master! Went to the gym with my wife and she has me trying all different kinds of machines!

Did 2.5 mins warm up
10x 1 min intervals on level 17 with 1 min breaks in between on level 7
