Outdoor tempo run. Wasn't feeling 100% but got through it.

2km warm up
4 x 1600m at half marathon pace (4min/km) and 400m recovery after each one.

Long walk with Lauren and Carter from Sunnybrook Park (Ernest Thomson Seton Park) along the Lower Don River trail to the Distillery District and back with a short stop at Mill Street Brewery for a beer around halfway!
