Went 25 minutes out from my hotel, 25 minutes back at a fairly fast pace. Didn't bring my GPS watch so I'm not sure how far I ran.

Played basketball in Arvin with the team for about an hour and a half. Need to work on my defense and outside game.

Fairly slow run at Bear mountain, hills destroy me spiritually. Didn't walk any of them though, and it felt rewarding afterwards. Some really pretty views out there.

Five mile run on post, ran to and up MP trail, back down around prep school and to Ike statue. The hills still kill me so that is something I need to work on, but my endurance is definitely improving.
