Not quite sure about the distance, but ran a course with Sam Evans at Round Pond set by the LTC Campbells. It was a great route, one thing I still mess up on (but shouldn't) is parallel features. Need to work on my precision map reading.
Ran about 4.5 miles up and down a mountain, then at the end did a bodyweight workout consisting of push ups, planking, burpees, crazy Mikes, and a partner wall sit. The hill runs still kill me. Need to keep working on those.
