Don't want to rack up training hours for it, but walked around NYC all day Friday and most of the day Saturday. Ended up probably walking around 15 miles.
Worked the IOCT for about 20 minutes, then messed up my shoulder trying to run it for time. Went to the trainer, she said it was just an agitated muscle. Will return for follow up sometime next week.
Luskie Laps: ran 4 laps around Lusk Reservoir at around a 2 mile pace, with 4 cool-down laps in between. After we got done we did 90 push ups with 30 squats when we had to pause the push ups. Ended up doing 60 squats.
Solid run with a small group through Flirty walk, down to Buffalo soldier, up past Michie, down to the plain and around it, finishing beside Ike Hall. Did an ab workout after that led by Will
