Run 45:00 [4]

Had a rough two gates run; Washington gate has a killer hill leading up to it. This went well, definitely better than any hill run I had to do leading up to Christmas break.

Had a team meeting/in brief today, followed it up with a solid run. Not sure exactly how far it was but it went really well. Ready for this weekend

Ran a quick time trial on post, it had a large hill on it which killed my time. As usual, the team did a strenuous core workout after the run. I can feel my APFT score increasing with each one of these.

Sprint Course 35:00 [5] 3.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Did a sprint course on post, it went really well. Followed it up with an intense bodyweight core workout led by Mike Bruce.
